Dimitrios was born in 1980, graduated from Athens College, studied to become an Officer in the Merchant Marine with a degree in Business Administration and Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College and continued with executive education at INSEAD. Professionally he has served the Maritime Industry from many countries around the world, in many positions, on shore and on board, in many types of ships and companies, and is the holder of a Captain Class A’ license in the Merchant Marine. Having completed his career at sea, he is working from Andros as a social entrepreneur with focus in the human element development and the sustainable local social and economic development. He is the president of the “Andrion Club” since 2018. 
Virginia was born in 1986 and grew up in Andros. She specialized in Sailing and Orchestral Gymnastics at the Department of Physical Education and Sports of the Kapodistrian University of Athens, having acquired a pedagogical approach in education. In 2011 she completed an International Masters in Sport Tourism Engineering in France. She has worked in many organizations, events and schools and as a researcher in occupational physiology. Lately she is working in leadership roles in the field of sports and tourism with experience in big hotels and luxury villas, gradually transferring her know-how in the development of Andros. 
George was born in 1971. He is a graduate of the Embiricos Junior-Highschool of Andros, and he is a baker, owning bakeries in the island since 2005. He lives in Menites married with Katerina and they have 3 kids.
Aggeliki was born and raised in Andros, graduate of the Embiricos High School of Andros and then studied in Athens Photography and Translation. She speaks English, Italian and Spanish.
Stella was born in 1980. She is a graduate of Athens College and has studied Architecture at the “National Technical University of Athens”, as well as Landscape Architecture at GSD Harvard University. She has taught Architecture and Landscape Architecture at the Department of Architecture of the University of Patras and she works as an architect and landscape architect. She lives in Andros and has 2 kids.
Stelios is a father of 3 girls, Officer in the Hellenic Airforce with around 3,000 flight hours in various types of aircrafts. He is a graduate of the Kaireios High School of Andros since 1998 and the Air Force Academy in 2003. 
Leandros graduated from Athens College, and then studied Economics and Communications at the Vasser College in New York and MBA at INSEAD in France. He is a Economist, Entrepreneur and business advisor with specialization in finance and strategy, having worked in many countries around the world. In the period between 2007 – 2009 he served as an advisor to the Minister of Tourism and the Minister of Health of the Hellenic Republic. After two decades of spending his summers in Andros, since two years ago, he has been residing in Andros, with his wife Lyla Hatzi – Falagga.
Stamatis was born in 1984 and was raised in Andros, where he graduated from the Kaireios High School of Andros in 2002. He holds a degree of Electrical Engineering B’ Class from the Technical University of Chalkida from the School of Technological Applications, Department of Electrical Engineering. He lives and works in Andros undertaking electrical projects and trading electrical and lighting equipment. He speaks English.
